Psalm 27:1-4
From David
“The Lord is my light and my salvation:
Who should I be afraid of?
The Lord is the strength of my life:
Who should I fear?
2 When wicked men come against me
to make me their prey,
They are my persecutors and my enemies,
who stumble and fall.
3 If an army sets up camp against me,
my heart feels no fear.
If war arises against me,
Despite this, I remain full of confidence.
4 One thing I ask of the LORD, and I desire it greatly:
I would like to dwell in the house of the LORD all my days,
to contemplate the beauty of the Eternal
and to admire his temple,"
The Lord who created everything, heaven and earth, He who created every living thing, knows your battles, your enemies, and how you grant victory. Let us trust in the Lord, for " This is the message which we have heard of him and declare to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all" (1 John 1:5).
Seek the face of the LORD, seek his presence, for he alone is your shield and your protector.
